Who we are
This website is operated by Value Enablers (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U74999KA2016OPC098273), trading as Value Enablers Academy, with its registered office at No. 22, K No. 4/122, 3rd Floor, Guru Krupa Arcade, Basavanapura Main Road, Near SR Residency, Devasandra, K R Puram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560036, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Value Enablers Academy.

What we collect
When you send a request or register through a form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, role, email address, optional phone number, the challenge you choose and any message you write, plus whether you asked to receive occasional resources.
We also record the date and time of your submission and the page you sent it from. To protect the forms from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser and connection.
The self-assessments run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request, arrange a free team session or business discussion, or send joining details for the weekly learning session.
- To send occasional practical resources, only if you ticked the box asking for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet with access restricted to Value Enablers Academy staff who follow up on enquiries. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, and email alerts are delivered through our email provider. These service providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside India.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them longer by law.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Email support@valueenablers.com and we will respond as required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site and its forms from abuse. External sites we link to, such as our online academy, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram and WhatsApp, have their own privacy policies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
