Value Enablers Academy helps SMEs develop their people, improve their processes and build a culture of continuous improvement, through practical training, project coaching and implementation support.
Why the Academy exists
Most SME teams work hard. Yet the same problems keep returning: rework, missed deliveries, rising costs and daily firefighting. Training alone rarely changes that, because what is learnt in a classroom does not always reach the shop floor or the office.
The Academy exists to close that gap. We teach practical methods, then stay involved while your team applies them to real problems, until the new way of working becomes routine.

Our story

- 2013Founded in Bengaluru by Dr. Lean Murali, as Kaizen enablers’ Academy.
- 2016Kaizen and Lean journeys with Dodhia Group, Bostik India and Ayurwin Pharma.
- 2017Now Value Enablers Academy. 5S, Lean and strategy work with Eveready, Decathlon and GRS Fantasy Park.
- 2018NMK Textile Mills reports faster flow and higher productivity in the first six months of its Lean Kaizen roadmap.
- 2021Online sessions reach professionals across India; Burder Industries and Urjita Electronics engage the Academy after attending.
- 2023Accredited by The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) for White, Yellow, Green, Black and Master Black Belt programmes.
- 2024Mikrotek completes four years of Lean and 5S; Urjita Electronics describes a 30-month transformation.

Our founder
Dr. Lean Murali
Dr. Lean Murali (Dr. K. Muralidharan) built his career on the shop floor before he ever stood in a classroom. He moved through product, methods and value engineering into roles as Manufacturing Head, Marketing Head and GM Operations, working with organisations including Saint-Gobain, Grindwell Norton and TVS Sundram Fasteners.
He trained in Total Productive Maintenance under Mr. Sueo Yamaguchi, deployed World Class Manufacturing with EFESO Consulting during the Saint-Gobain implementation, and led the CII-EXIM Business Excellence Framework at Grindwell Norton.
