A practitioner first, and a teacher because of it. Dr. Lean Murali moved from product, methods and value engineering into roles as Manufacturing Head, Marketing Head and GM Operations, working with organisations including Saint-Gobain, Grindwell Norton and TVS Sundram Fasteners, before founding the Academy in Bengaluru in 2013.
His approach is simple: teach teams the method, not just the answer, so improvement continues after the training ends.
